The Freeness Of Protopage

For sure:

As of now, Protopage allows you to have frames that contain RSS Feeds (your choice and predefined sets), bookmarks/links, and a panel for sticky notes. I have not found that Protopage allows for user defined plugins or extensions, which limits its ability for expansion. They have just made it so that IE and Firefox users can use the scroll bar on their mouses to scroll down the RSS feeds, this is an example of how Protopage is still in the early stages and has quite a few things that it still needs to work out.
