OpenOffice On A (USB) Stick

Click for more info on this:

PortableApps.com announces a version of OpenOffice.org that will fit on and run from a USB stick. I keep a 64 meg stick in my pocket with portable versions of Firefox, Thunderbird and the Miranda IM client. Sadly, I’ll need to upgrade if I want to run oo.

Is it possible to install openoffice on a usb-stick. This is really very good idea, but portable apps usually lack one thing or another to make them so.
