How new distribution methods like BitTorrent are changing the media landscape.

In terms of media, the internet has already made much headway into this domain. This is why the distribution networks are fast to work as hard as they could to fight the media distribution over the internet. If a person could make his own T.V. show, using his own technologies, and distribute it over the internet, via bittorrent, or his own server, and have it ad supported, all free, what is the appeal of regular distribution networks? Newspapers can already tell you the massive emigration from using them for classified ads since Craiglist started getting headway.
