Mambo or Joomla?
It's all kind of mumbo jumbo to me.
The recent case of the Mambo Content Management System for websites shows that these issues aren’t a problem in the free software world. Following a split from the company that held the copyright in Mambo over the direction of the project, the entire development team took the existing code with them to continue working on it as "Joomla", something made possible by the free software licensing of Mambo.
