Toll Roads and File Sharing
The MGM v. Grokster case that was heard in the U.S. Supreme Court this week pits technology companies against content companies.
Also of importance this week: The US Supreme Court is hearing the case of Grokster vs. MGM. Grokster is a “file-sharing” company that publishes a free software package called Morpheus.
